Android仿旧版酷狗滑动侧滑栏的效果

今天模仿酷狗音乐（旧版本）的主页面侧滑效果，我们需要处理的事件有：

1、缓慢滑动手指离开屏幕时判断左右滑

2、快速滑动时判断屏幕左右滑

3、菜单页打开时，点击内容页关闭菜单并且拦截触摸事件

我们先来看看效果图：

如上图就是我们实现的效果，在实现之前，我们先搞懂菜单页和内容页的位置关系，我画了一个图，如下：

图2中，黑色是手机屏幕，黄色是菜单页，绿色是内容页，getScrollX就是我们待会需要求的一个距离，下面贴出完整的代码，注释已经尽可能的详细，有不懂的可以留言。
