6月3日，Kusama 理事会投票两次，第一次将 shell 的存储改为 statemine 的创世状态，第二次投票为 shell 升级了 statemine 逻辑！之后通过技术委员会加速并进入公投！

6 月 4 日凌晨 00：30，Kusama 网络在经过两次理事会 + 技术委员会 + 社区公投之后，平行链 Shell 终于升级为 Statemine 平行链！这意味着 Kusama 网络正式上线了首个公益平行链 Statemine，并且通过治理的方式为 Statemine 分配了第一个免费的插槽！这是非常有历史性的一刻！作为 Kusama 理事会成员之一，PolkaWorld 也全程参与了两次 motion 的投票！《 Statemine 获得 Kusama 网络首个免费平行链插槽！》

6 月 5 日，Kusama 理事会投票通过了 Motion 306，将 Kusama 的 Runtime 升级到 v9040，以添加 2 个在 Kusama-Statemine 上的转账方式。接下来会开启公投！https://kusama.polkassembly.io/motion/306
